60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 60 days of delivery and we'll refund your purchase in full. Our soap is covered even if you've opened and used it — you can return it part-used or even as an empty bar. No questions asked.
Accessories
Accessories (such as soap holders, drying cloths, and loofahs) can be returned within 60 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, accessories must be unused and in their original packaging unless they arrived damaged or defective.
How to Start a Return or Refund
- Email us at hello@okaricare.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- We'll reply within 1 business day with return instructions, including the return address.
- Once your return is on its way (or, for guarantee claims, once approved), we'll process your refund.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email us at hello@okaricare.com with a photo within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — including any shipping costs — at no charge to you.
Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Once approved, please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't received it, contact us at hello@okaricare.com.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to request a refund for the original item and place a new order.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel or change an order, email us as soon as possible. We can usually cancel or edit orders that haven't shipped yet. Once an order has shipped, it falls under the return process above.
