Shipping policy
Okari Care is operated by Okari LLC. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver your orders.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. During launches, promotions, or holiday periods, processing may take slightly longer — we'll let you know if there's a meaningful delay.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated and shown at checkout based on your address and the option you select. Typical delivery time within the United States is 3-5 business days after processing for standard shipping. Delivery estimates are not guarantees, and carrier delays can occasionally occur.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.
Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, email us at hello@okaricare.com right away — we can usually correct an address before the order ships, but we can't reroute a package once it's with the carrier. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then contact us within 7 days and we'll help resolve it. If a package is lost in transit, we'll work with the carrier and send a replacement or issue a refund where appropriate.
International Shipping
If shipping options are offered to your country at checkout, delivery times will vary by destination. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.
