The soap is great but really expensive.
It’s only been 5days since I received the Okari bars, not 2weeks. At the moment it’s hard to tell any difference besides the fragrance of the bar when I open it. My skin and the bar itself feels slippery while using it. Then when I dry my skin does feel less oily and naturally softer til the water dries off.
The other reason I’m neutral on the bars you seek besides not using it long enough is the improper marketing you advertise of the bar size. Most photos or videos the size of the bar is a lot Larger than the actual size you deliver….yes sorry but it’s true. I have the photos to demonstrate it. It was real difficult to locate the ounces on the bar boxes in your marketing until I found pic that faintly showed a very small and faded “3.5” (you blocked the oz” on a bottom right corner. Yes, I was somewhat disappointed expecting the Bar to be more ounces from your sale size during your advertising so imo you should be more realistic making it appear visually the purchase which is totally different. All I can say is buyer beware.
I really don’t care for this product. It is very expensive and I don’t feel like it is working to keep me clean. It does not suds up! I like at least some sud's! Feels as if I am cleaning with a wet cloth. I will not be ordering any more! I would really like part of my money back at least! I would gladly send back the 2 unused bars! I will say, it does smell good!

On the lather, so you know it wasn't a faulty bar: the foam in ordinary soap comes from sulphates (SLS/SLES), which make bubbles by stripping oil off the skin — SLS is what dermatologists use in patch testing when they want to deliberately provoke a reaction. After 45 or so, skin makes less of its own oil and repairs more slowly, so that stripping is felt much more. We left the sulphates out, and the foam went with them. Lather and clean aren't actually the same thing — the bubbles are just air.
If you ever do use one of the remaining bars, rub it onto a loofah rather than straight onto skin, and work it up for ten seconds first. Hopefully that helps!

It works! I wasn’t sure what to expect. The first use was the most shocking I could feel it melt away the build up of stuff I was constantly scrapping away at behind my ears and along the side of my neck … like the build up was running down the side of my neck forever no matter how much I scrubbed at it! I used this soap and immediately my skin was actually squeaky clean behind my ears and down my neck!! Unbelievable I guess that answered whether it works. I am pretty pleased. I have only used a couple times. I love the smell of the bar and I can smell it on my skin.
